 Hello! I'm Naboko. I have been offering Japanese cooking classes in Kunitachi, a quiet residential area in western Tokyo, for about 9 years.

In my class, I teach healthy, delicious, and visually beautiful Japanese home cooking using high-quality ingredients without chemical additives. 

In addition to cooking, I have been teaching Japanese language online for the past three years as a certified Japanese language teacher. I love languages and culture, and I am currently studying tea ceremony and French.
During the COVID period, I held a monthly online cooking and Japanese food culture class with Mac from Maction Planet,a very popular tour guide in Japan. Through this experience, my English communication and teaching skills improved dramatically.

I truly enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world to my home and sharing Japanese food culture together. I hope to meet you soon!
This class is Miso Chicken Ramen (no pork, no lard) made completely from scratch.
In this class, we make everything from the beginning, including handmade ramen noodle.

This is not a ramen restaurant, but a hands-on cooking class where you will learn authentic ramen step by step.
In this class, we make every element of ramen from scratch — broth, toppings, and handmade noodles.

Gluten-free Ramen 

Enjoy ramen that is just as delicious as regular ramen—without gluten.The noodle dough can also be adapted to make Italian pasta or udon at home.All ingredients, including soy sauce and seasonings, are completely gluten-free.I have a strong understanding of celiac disease and take dietary needs seriously.Whenever possible, gluten-free classes are held separately. If not, great care is taken to prevent cross-contamination.

Muslim-friendly Ramen 

All ingredients are carefully prepared for this class.The ramen broth is made using halal-certified chicken.Halal-certified soy sauce and miso are also used.
A comfortable prayer space is available for your convenience.I have a deep respect for and understanding of Islamic practices. I also observe fasting for one day each year during Ramadan as a way to deepen my understanding.

Step 2: Confirmation & Payment

If your requested date is available, I will send you a confirmation along with a PayPal invoice.Your booking will be confirmed only after the payment is completed.If payment is not made promptly, your spot may be offered to other guests.

Step 3: Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment must be made in advance via PayPal.Cash payments on the day are not accepted.All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
