Hi everyone! Let me introduce myself.

I am Nahoko,running the cooking class “At home with Nahoko” It is a healthy, delicious and visually stunning, definitely insta-worthy class.We are located in a friendly and welcoming private home in Kunitachi, about 25 minutes by Chuo JR line from Shinjuku,Tokyo.

I strongly believe “You Are What You Eat ”I never use any MSG. I will teach you the best cooking way to bring out full flavor from each natural ingredients.

I also give you some ideas about table setting. It is such a pleasure to spend time with me and be able to enjoy my home!!

RAMEN

The class duration:
3h 30min.-4h.

10:30- 14:30
15:30- 19:30

Group Class Fee:

👉 JPY 12,900/per person 
+4% paypal commission 

No children discount

The class is for maximum 6 people.If you book for less than 6 people, you may be grouped with other students  who have various nationalities or religion.

I may ask you to change to the non-meat
ramen to adjust other religious students even though you originally booked the chicken ramen.

If you don't agree these points please book the private class.

Gluten-free Ramen noodle

I used to attend gluten-free bread classes before,after a lot of try& error I finally managed to develop the noodle recipe!
I would say the texture is quite close to regular ramen noodle.
Sadly most of gluten-free noodle in market is used a lot of chemical additives.
In my class you will get the skill to remake the natural  and delicious gluten-free noodle at home whenever you would like to eat.


You can join this class with other regular ramen member.
Of course I will be very careful to avoid the cross contamination.

Do you want the ultimate japanese food and culture experience, but in the comfort of your own home? I can definitely recommend this class, even if you have never cooked a japanese dish before. If you participate, make sure that your internet-connection is well enough for a zoom-group-meeting.

Nahoko is a wonderfully warm and genuine host. I felt welcomed into her home the moment I stepped in. And learning her personal recipes were a real treat. I never thought that I would have been able to make tasty, restaurant quality ramen with a homemade feel like I did when I was there. Her instructions are easy to follow for a beginner , but not too basic for a more advanced student. Take her class, you’ll be surprised at what’s you can do.

Today I've participated in a Ramen from Skratch zoom online class with Nahoko and 4 other participants. It was wonderful! A year ago I had the pleasure to take the class in person in Tokyo and when getting back home i kept making gyoza but not Ramen. After today, making it in my kitchen it feels more relevant and practical to do it from home as well! I enjoyed every second and I recommend others to join future online classes!

About Nahoko◆

I was born in a historical city,Kamakura in 1971 and grew up there.
I majored in Art Theory and graduated from Seijyo University. I worked for an apparel company and an advertising company in Tokyo.
In 2009 I decided to stay in Cork,Ireland for 3 months then
in Malta for 2 months and attended English language schools.I was enjoying cooking with other students from all of the world in the dormitories.  After I got married while supporting my husband`s job,I have participated some cooking schools and started my own cooking classes in 2017. I took.....
