WHAT IS TAIYAKI??

Taiyaki is a Japanese traditional sweet.
A fish‐shaped tapestry filled with
sweet bean paste,custard cream,chocolate cream etc.

Tai(たい）means king of fish which is sea bream in Japan.

We eat tai especially something happy happend
such as wedding,celeblation and many festive occasions..

Yaki(やき）means simply baked.

Japanese word 'medetai＝めでたい' means 'HAPPY'.

This shape of taiyaki is eaten not just is yammy
but also it beleaved in to bring good luck.

Material is most important for TAIYAKI.We made it with special blending ration of raw materials and make it crispy outside and soft inside.

Making hand made fillings everyday for flesh and keep it delicious.The amount selling taiyaki is limited due to this.

I decided to bring taiyaki which is one of the national food in Japan to Kosovo.
Simply wish to share deliciouse sweet but also experience my culture.
Understanding each other country and get familier with it is one of the way for world peace.I choose this sweet to represent my Japanese culture becouse it has meaning with good lack and happiness.
