    在留カード、パスポート、学生証か会社のことがわかるもの（名刺やHPアドレスなど）を持ってきてもらっています。

    Yes, we apply for your wife or fiance in your country so that you can live together in Japan.

    雇ってくれると言っている会社がありますが、ビザの関係で大丈夫でしょうか？
    A company is offering me a job,  but I worry about my visa after graduation.  Can I get working visa and work there without problems?

    それはおめでとうございます！その会社で働きたいですよね(^^)　あなたの勉強の内容と、会社側の状態をチェックして申請しますよ！

    Congratulation!!  You must want to work there, I know how you feel.  We will check what you have studied at school and the company status. Our lawyer will consult those conditions with you and the president (or the owner) and apply for your visa.

    卒業後、自分で会社をスタートさせたいのですが、やってもらえますか？
    I want to start my own business after graduation.  Can I ask you for that?

    会社の作り方も弁護士が教えますので、是非相談して下さいね。会社の顧問もたくさんありますので、行政書士と違って、会社のことに詳しいですよ。

    We can not only apply for your visa but aslo tell you how to start up your company in Japan.  Our lawyer is a corporate adviser as well unlike an administrative scrivener so he knows very well of what you want to do.

    弁護士と行政書士は何が違いますか？　
    Is there any difference between Lawyer and immigration Lawyer?

    はい。弁護士と行政書士は全く違います。
    外国の方はよく、ビザの申請を頼んだ行政書士のことを弁護士と呼んでいますが、行政書士は行政に書類を提出するための文書を代わりに作ってくれるだけなのです。
    それとは違って、弁護士は、例えば不動産契約書を会社をスタートさせる時に作りますが、それをチェックしたり、あなたのために相手方と交渉したり、ビザも申請できますし、訴訟をしたり出来るのです。

    たまに悪い行政書士がいて、申請ができそうにないのに、知識がなくて、お金をもらって申請する人がいますから、悪い行政書士には気をつけて下さい！

    Yes, there is a big difference.  Many of you call administrative scriveners lawyers but they are totally different in Japan.  Strictly speaking, there is no immigration Lawyer in Japan. They just call themselves immigration Lawyers. 

    They only can apply for visa to the administration of the government. They apply documents to the administration, and that is all they can do. 

    But Lawyers like us can apply for your visa, and at the same time, check the legal documents like real estate contracts when you rent a room for your company, can negotiate with your counterpart for you, and litigate.

    Some administrative scriveners are very bad and trick you into paying for applying for your visa with little knowledge.  So, please be careful of the bad ones.
