How to Enjoy Yakiniku
Hakuri's 「YAKINIKU」is best served when
"Light roast to keep the beef succulent"

⑴ Leave the grill screen on fire for more than 1min, for it's surface to get hot.
⑵ Place meat pieces on the heated screen using the Yakiniku tongs.
 The bottom surface of meat starts to get grilled and sizzingafter 15-25 seconds.
then,turn over the meat using the tongs and grill the other side.
⑶ Enjoy the grilled meat,dipping it in the Hakuri's authentic Yakiniku sauses.
 
⑷ Put in the small plate and enjoy with chopstick.
