Born in 1986 in Tokyo, Japan.

Majored in Business Management, and learned about business and hospitality industry in university.

In her first career as a wedding planner, she contributed for 5 years to the major bridal company by becoming a top planner of both sales and customer satisfaction, and by taking charge of new employee/team training as a chief planner.

To enhance her hospitality and language skills to the world-class level, she moved to the next stage of her career, One&Only Reethi Rah, Maldives, the world’s best luxurious resort of Maldives. As a private concierge, she served each guest, including the royal families, celebrities and business executives around the world with her personalized service skills in order for them to experience the best resort life 24/7. By gaining trust of the guests with her hospitality skills to meet various requests, she turned the VIPs around the world into the repeat guests.
After coming back to Japan, she worked for a luxurious international hotel in Tokyo, educating the diverse team members for global/Japanese way of hospitality skills, with her significant professional experience overseas.
