We would like to recommend you to inspect rooms before moving into sharehouse

Make a reservation

When you decided to move into sharehouse, we require 10000円 as a deposit. 
(Even if you cancel the reservation for any reason, deposit is not refundable)

Bank transfer

Before moving into sharehouse, you're required to pay deposit and rent fee via Bank transfer or on site.

Our staff can pick you up when you get Hyogo station, Sannomiya satation, Sinkobe station, kobe airport by Car.

Rules of sharehouse！

・It's a female sharehouase.
・All member has on duty dumping a trash in order.
・Keep cleaning common places where are Kitchen, shower room, living room
   etc.
・There is no curfew though keeping silent at late night.
・You do not allowed to bring any visitor at sharehouse. 
・No smoking
