我が社は、令和２年７月より法人として設立した建設業者です。
弊社代表は、設計事務所に１０年、その後は工務店に就職し大工歴１０年を経てもなお、自ら現場に向かうやる気のある代表であり、取引先からの信頼も厚くたくさんの期待のお言葉を頂いております。　
　
今後は建設業のみならず様々な分野で活動範囲を広げていく所存であります。
まず今行っているのは、日本建築の魅力を世界に広めていきたいという弊社代表の強い希望により、より多くの海外からの実習生を受け入れていく予定です。
現在は２名のベトナム実習生がおり、大工として日々精進しています。
今後もより多くの国から受け入れることを前提として、実習生寮の建設など計画してます。
もちろん日本国内からも大工を目指す若者を積極的に受け入れて人材育成にも力をいれていきます。

建設業以外では、私たちの生活に欠かせない『衣・食・住』をテーマにし、建築業ならではの発想を元に住まいをもプロデュースする力。そしてその住まいを移しても変わらぬ生活をお届けしたいという気持ちを込めて『衣→移』へとあえて変更し『移・食・住』を創造する総合企業を目指し今後ともチャレンジしていきます。

ここまでのご案内からもお察しの通り、我が社はこれから始まる会社です。
弊社としましては、仕事へのやりがいとプライベートの充実感に満ち溢れた個人が集まる企業、並びにお客様に感動を与えることができる会社を目指し常にチャレンジすることを怠らずに地域社会の活性化に努めて参ります。

最後になりますが、社名でもあるビサは、『微』『差』の漢字からとりました。少しの差（壁）を乗り越えて前に出る勇気を持てば誰にでも未来は変えられるという気持ちが入っております。そんな勇気を出してみたい皆様、ぜひ一緒に我が社で活躍してみませんか？


Our company is a construction company established as a corporation in July 2020.
Our representative has been working at a design office for 10 years and then at a construction company for 10 years as a carpenter, but he is still a highly motivated representative who goes to the construction site on his own and is trusted by his clients.　
　
I am determined to expand the scope of my activities not only to the construction industry but also to various other fields in the future.
First of all, we are now planning to accept more trainees from abroad in accordance with the strong desire of our representative to spread the appeal of Japanese architecture to the world.
Currently, we have two trainees from Vietnam who are working hard every day as carpenters.
We are planning to build a dormitory for trainees on the premise that we will continue to accept trainees from more countries in the future.
Of course, we will also actively accept young people from Japan who want to become carpenters and put our efforts into training them.

In addition to construction, we have the ability to produce homes based on the theme of "clothing, food, and housing," which is essential to our lives, and based on ideas unique to the construction industry. We have deliberately changed our name from "clothing" to "moving" to reflect our desire to provide you with an unchanging lifestyle even after you move to a new home, and we will continue to challenge ourselves to become a comprehensive company that creates "moving, food, and housing".

As you may have guessed from the introduction up to this point, our company is just beginning.
We aim to be a company that brings together individuals with a sense of fulfillment in their work and in their private lives, and a company that can impress our customers, and we will strive to revitalize the local community without neglecting the challenges we face.

Last but not least, our company name "BISA" was taken from the Chinese characters for "slight" and "difference". We believe that anyone can change their future if they have the courage to overcome the slightest difference (wall) and move forward.
