We accept reservations for a minimum of 3 nights.

・Mid-to Long・Term Discount
＊In case of consecutive nights for more than 1 week, the charge for after the 2nd week becomes half of the previous week.
＊It is applicable for one House Price as well as Extra Fee

House Rules

・The Number of Guests
Only those who applied at the time of booking (and the same number of guests) can stay.
If there is difference between check in resistered number and booked number, it is not allowed to check in.  In such a case, please contact us beforehand.

・Submission of Guest Information
All guests’ information (name, address, age, occupation, sex, nationality, passport for non-Japan residence, place of stay prior to check in, places to go during the stay etc.) is required by law.

・Check In Procedure
It is a facility with face-to-face check in. After your arrival, there is an admission procedure, so please come at the planned arrival time.  If there is a change in arrival time, please inform us as soon as possible, latest 30 min before the planned arrival time.

・Cleaning
The cleaning fee for after your departure is included in the price. Depending on the usage situation, extra cost may be charged.  Please return the facility and equipment to the status quo.  For significant stains and damage, the extra fee could be charged.  Please return kitchen equipment after cleansing.  Please separate garbage among combustible waste, non-burnable garbage, recycle garbage such as PET bottles, wine bottles etc. When the garbage is full inside the house, please put them in garbage station box outside the house.

・Caution When Going Out or Leaving
When going out or leaving, please make sure doors are locked, lights, air conditioners and heaters etc. are off.
If the utility cost exceeded the specified amount, it could be charged separately.

・Parking
Only the prescribed number of cars can park.

・Non Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the house and on the premises.  If smoking is found, penalty is charged.

・BBQ Stand and Equipment
Please use according to the instruction.  After the usage, please put out fire, dispose charcoal and clean up BBQ stand and equipment according to the instruction.

・Request to Prevent the Spread of Infection Infection
We can’t accept reservations from guests who fall under the followings:
With oversea travel history in the previous 2 weeks before check in.
Stayed in places with high risk of infection.
Have a concern about physical condition.
Have above 37 degrees of fever from 3 days before check-in to the day of check-in.
＊Please cooperate for a temperature measurement at check-in.

Apart from the above mandatory information (name, address, occupation, nationalities etc.) ID (passport/drivers’ license or health insurance for Japan residence etc.) could be asked as an option.

＊The personal information given are kept and managed with confidentiality and never provided for a third party, sold or shared.

If the house rules or usage terms and conditions are not respected, penalties or repair/compensation cost could be charged.  We may ask guest to leave immediately depending on the situation.

・Cancel Policy with COVID
If the guest is proven to be infected or have had a close contact with infected person, cancellation for free, or partial refund due to reduction of number of guests could be done upon request.

If guests have no health problem yet wish to self-restrain, cancellation is dealt with according to the cancel policy in the current situation.

Depending on the social situation, we intend to review policy from time to time. We wish to manage with the best way in order to fulfill the objective of the stay of the guests while protecting the health of guests.

Precaution in the Event of Disaster

In case of earthquakes, fires, typhoons, landslides, and other occurrence of emergency, take action to save your life on your own. When evacuation order is issued follow the instruction of local government and act promptly.

Information About the Surrounding Area

Alps Chalet is situated in Minami Alps Bio Reserve, UNESCO Eco Park with many mountains, water source and water falls, and you can enjoy variety of magnificent nature.  It is surrounded by Japan’s famous mountains such as Kaikomagatake, South Alps mountains, Yatsugatake.  Nearby Cherry trees such as Jindaizakura of Jisso Temple, Japan’s one of the most famous three Cherry trees and the oldest in Japan with 2000 years, and Sanehara Cherry Tree Avenue are must to see.  Visit the area with power spots rich in history and legend, and enjoy fully beautiful scenery, clear air and water, and starry night sky.  Mount Fuji view spot, golf course(we provide special coupon) are in 5 min, hot spring in 5 min and ski resort in 30 min. It is an ideal location for a resort. You can enjoy various activities such as golf, tennis, horse-back riding, playing in the river, mountain stream fishing, canoeing, hiking, trekking, mountain climbing, snowshoes, snow trekking, winery, whisky factory visit, fruit picking, playing with raunch animals, making soba etc.
