Hi there! Shiogama FOUNTAIN-HILL (shared house) has opened now!
This is the house for people from all over the world who are living in Japan like foreign students or Assistant Language Teachers.
This house is Japanese traditional style.
One old guy who is living in Sendai has renovated this house little by little. It’s takes 2 years until now.
Why don’t you live this heartwarming shared house and enjoy Japan life?

House Rules

  • [SMOKING] There is a place where an ashtray stand is set. Please do smoking at that place only. And please consider your surroundings when you're smoking.
  • Any kind of illegal Drugs and/on selling of such substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Gambling is off limits.
  • Playing music (instruments,Dance Party,loud music in general) that will cause problems for the neighborhood is prohibited.
  • Any kind of activities of recruiting members to an organization,Gang,Religious group,or piramid scheme is strictly prohibited.
  • Using this living space as on outlet for selling merchandise to outside people will not be accepted.Pets are not allowed.
  • Putting personal large belongings (PC,furniture) in the living space requires permission from the owner first.
  • Before leaving for long term trips (1 week or more) please let the owner  know.

  • Whenever you plan to bring friends to the house, let the owner know beforehand.

  • If you plan on them staying overnight, let the owner know atleast two days before so the owner can mark it on the calendar in the house.

  • Keep the living space clean. If you take something out, put it back. If you get something dirty, clean it up :)

  • Follow the trash rules of the city.

  • If it becomes the case that new rules are necessary, we will have a meeting to discuss the changes.
